Chef Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin restaurant in New York visited The Today Show to show Meredith Vieira how to prepare a salmon dish that he says is very easy to make. Chef Ripert is also a judge on Top Chef this season (which airs tonight on Bravo). We just love Eric Ripert -- his food, his personality, his accent. Here he makes salmon wrapped in phyllo dough with a red wine sauce. Alas, they didn't have time to get to the creamy mushroom casserole. Take a look:
