Video: Mark Bittman Makes Coconut-Sweet Potato Pie

The New York Times' Mark Bittman shares his own take on sweet potato pie in this cooking video. Mark has nothing but harsh words for those that use store bought pie crust. He insists that a spicy graham cracker crust is the way to go, and we really aren't inclined to argue with him. In fact, it looks quite delicious. Take a look:
