Video: Tim Gunn Rates the Fashions at the State of the Union Address

HLN's Joy Behar talks with Tim Gunn about the fashion hits and misses from the State of the Union address. Tim loved Michelle Obama's silver sheath dress by Rachel Roy. Tim says President Obama is lucky -- he's tall and slim and pretty much looks good in everything. Tim says he'd like to get his hands on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to "discuss the semiotics of her look." Joy got that one wrong, though. Hillary was not wearing all black. Her jacket was actually a nice dark purple.

Timn says Michelle Bachman looked really "Palin-esque" last night. Now that he mentions it, Michelle really has been emulating the style choices of the former governor of Alaska. Take a look:
