Video: Top Chef Masters Cook Dinner for Under $20

The second season of Bravo's Top Chef Masters has begun and to celebrate, some of the chefs visited with Kathie Lee and Hoda. The Today Show duo presented the chefs with a challenge: cook a dinner for four for $20. Chef Jimmy Bradley made Risotto with Spring Peas and Mushrooms and Vanilla Ice Cream with Strawberry Compote. Chef Carmen Gonzalez made Grouper Filet and Flan. Chef Marcus Samuelsson made Fried Chicken and Spinach and Apple cake.
