Coding for Kids

Wiley has launched a new book called Coding for Kids. The book by Camille McCue, Ph.D. is part of the publisher's Dummies line of books.

The book contains 15 different coding projects. Coding concepts are introduced through easy-to-follow projects. The book also includes access to MicroWorlds EX, a coding tool designed for kids from Logo Computer Systems Inc.

Author McCue says in a statement, "Coding for Kids melds math, graphic design, storytelling and logic into fun projects that kids can produce and transform using their own heads and hearts. I love watching my students as they work through each project, crafting wildly different adaptations of the same underlying code, and then sharing their creations in a storm of cheers and applause!"

The book is available for purchase on Amazon.com.
