Posted on March 29, 2015
Worx has launched its first robotic lawn mower. The fully automated robotic mower, called Landroid, can mow uneven landscapes and navigate narrow passages. It has shock sensor system for detecting obstacles.
The 28V MaxLithium battery powered Landroid will return itself to the charging station when it is running low on a charge. It also has a rain sensor so it will turn it off during the rain and restarts when the grass is dry. It also has an anti-theft system using a security PIN.
Worx says the Landroid is also extremely quiet and is zero emission.
