Karl Lagerfeld and Steiff Launch Choupette Plush Toy

Choupette is Karl Lagerfeld's beautiful and beloved pet cat. Choupette was the inspiration for a fancy plush toy from German plush toy manufacturer Steiff. Lagerfeld holds the plush toy in the photograph in a post on Karl's Instagram.
Lagerfeld says in a Facebook post, "The world's most famous feline is getting her own limited edition plush toy modeled after her by Karl Lagerfeld in collaboration with Margarete Steiff GmbH."

The Steiff Choupette doll retails for $545. It is sold on Karl.com. The toy comes with a magnetic mouse and carrying case. The Steiff Choupette also comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity. This number will match a number on Choupette's ear tag.
