Lululemon Chief Product Executive Out Following Yoga Pants Recall

Lululemon has announced that Chief Product Officer Sheree Waterson is leaving the company following the recall of black luon yoga pants that the company said had an "unacceptable level of sheerness." She will leave the company on April 15, 2013. She has been with the company since 2008.
Lululemon's CEO Christine Day said in a statement, "We appreciate the many contributions that Sheree made during her time with lululemon, particularly in the area of design."
In a separate release, lululemon provides a luon production update. The company says its "testing protocols were incomplete for some of the variables in fabric characteristics."
Lululemon also posted a detailed new FAQ about its block luon pants shortage. The FAQ does not say when exactly the luon bottoms will return to store shelves. It says, "We are doing everything we can to increase our inventory levels of black luon women's bottoms in our stores as soon as possible."
