365 by Whole Foods Market Opens in Los Angeles

A 365 by Whole Foods Market store has opened in the Los Angeles Silver Lake neighborhood. The store is part of a new line of stores announced by Whole Foods last year.

The Silver Lake store has 28,000 square feet of retail space. It features three "Friends of 365." They include an Allegro Coffee craft brew bar, a customizable tea station called teaBOT and a by CHLOE vegan restaurant. The Friends of 365 are other businesses that operate inside the 365 by Whole Foods locations.

Jeff Turnas, president of 365 by Whole Foods Market, says in a statement, "Whether you're looking for a quick in-and-out shop for a few items, stocking up for the week, or having a sit-down dinner at by CHLOE. with a beer from Allegro's craft brew bar, the store offers a blend of innovation and convenience. From the food offerings to the store's design, we've built a foundation on the quality standards you've come to expect from Whole Foods Market in a fun new format that's easy to navigate and focused on value in every department."

Two other 365 locations will open this year. The other locations are in Lake Oswego, Oregon and Bellevue, Washington. Whole Foods says it will open up to 10 more 365 stores in 2017.
