Mattel Unveils News Anchor Barbie

Barbie unveiled two new careers today at the 2010 American International Toy Fair in New York City. Over 500,000 votes were cast to decide Barbie's new jobs. The popular vote for Barbie's new career was Computer Engineer. We covered Computer Engineer Barbie in a separate post.
Girls voted for News Anchor Barbie. The Barbie I Can Be News Anchor Doll has a video camera. She's wearing a pink top and skit and carrying a folder that has the Barbie logo on it. Barbie is also holding a microphone so she can get the scoop on the latest breaking news story.
The doll arrives in stores this Fall.
