Staples, DoSomething.org and Pretty Little Liars Stars Team Up for School Supply Drive

Staples and DoSomething.org teamed up up with the stars from ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars for the Staples for Students national school supply drive. The annual drive encourages teens to collect school supplies for students in need.
The PSA for the campaign features t Lucy Hale, Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, and Shay Mitchell. The actresses are encouraging teens to make a difference this summer by collecting school supplies and dropping them off at their local Staples store from July 3 through September 17.
Lucy Hale says in a statement, "We are all thrilled to be the force behind this year's Staples for Students campaign. After participating in last year's backpack stuffing event and sharing my experience with my cast-mates, we all knew we wanted to be a part of this great cause to encourage teens to make a difference to help students start the year off right."
Staples customers will also be able to donate $1 or the amount of their choice at any store, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting local students in need. Each Staples store will be matched to a local educational not-for-profit serving youth. Staples will also donate more than $125,000 worth of school supplies to the program this year.
