It has a wide viewing angle. It works with the Amazon Cloud Cam App and with Amazon's AWS cloud service to record and store video footage.

Cloud Cam records video automatically when activity is detected. It could be used to monitor children, pets or set-up to monitor who is at your front door. After recording video the Cloud Cam sends out a mobile notification and stores the clip. Amazon says you will have free access to the last 24 hours of clips. They are stored securely in the AWS cloud. You can get access to more archives for a an additional fee.
The Amazon Cloud Cam can be found on Amazon.com. It will ship on November 8, 2017.
