Angry Birds Hatchlings Toys Reverse Into an Egg

Rovio's Angry Birds franchise was buoyed by the success of the 2016 film, The Angry Birds Movie, which made about $350 million worldwide. Rovio continues to launch new mobile games featuring the characters and cut licensing deals for new products. A new product coming out this fall from Maad Toys is called Angry Birds Hatchlings.

The reversible soft toys feature a velco fastening mechanism. They reverse into a little hatchling and back into an egg again. There are five different hatchlings.

Toy World reports that the toys will be available starting in September. A new mobile game featuring the Hatchlings called Angry Birds Match will also launch later this year.
