Apple has launched a new iPhone accessory called the AirTag. The small device is designed to help you locate valuables using your iPhone.

The AirTag can be purchased for $29 or in a four for $99. It will be available beginning Friday, April 30.

Apple says the AirTag tracker communication through the Find My network is end-to-end encrypted. Apple says only the owner of a device has access to its location data.

Apple says each AirTag features precision-etched polished stainless steel and is IP67 water-resistant and dust-resistant. They can be personalized with emojis and text. Some of the AirTag accessories include the Leather Key Ring, Leather Loop and the Polyurethane Loop.

Apple also partnered with Hermes for a line of handcrafted leather accessories including the Bag Charm, Key Ring, Travel Tag, and Luggage Tag.

Apple released this video showing the AirTag being used by a man to find his keys. He ends up inside a strange world inside his sofa. The ad shows the iPhone app pointing him in the right direction to find his keys.
