Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals At-Home Spa Routine with Goop Products

Gwyneth Paltrow revealed her at-home spa routine in a video that also promotes multiple Goop products. Gwyneth says her home spa in Montecito has a cold plunge, hot tub, steam room and sauna. She says she loves a good sauna.

Gwyneth removes her robe to reveal a bikini underneath. One of the products she uses at the start of the video is the G.Tox Ultimate Dry Brush, which retails for $25. The brush has a wooden handle and sisal fibers. Goop says it is both exfoliating and energizing.

Gwyneth applies soaps and lotions and washes her hair in the video. Some of the other products Gwyneth uses in her morning routine include:
