KitchenAid Unveils the Artisan Mini Stand Mixer

KitchenAid has unveiled its new Artisan Mini Stand Mixer. The mixer will launch in the U.S. this summer. The mixer has a 3.5-quart capacity.
KitchenAid says the mixer has the same power and performance as its Classic Stand Mixer. It can mix and knead ingredients for up to five dozen cookies or a loaf of bread It is 20% smaller and 25% lighter than the classic size. The mixer will cost $399.99. It will be available in multiple colors.
KitchenAid says the smaller mixer will work with all the optional hub-based attachments available for the larger model, such as the spiralizer, pasta maker and food grinder. The mixer comes with a flat beater, wire whip and dough hook.
