Mattel Unveils Matchbox Tesla Roadster

Mattel has unveiled its Matchbox Tesla Roadster toy car. The toy is the first Matchbox die-cast car made with 99% recycled materials.Mattel says the vehicle will serve as a product roadmap for future die-cast cars and its goal to achieve 100% recycled, recyclable or bio-based plastic materials across all its products and packaging by 2030.

The Matchbox Tesla Roadster will be available starting in 2022. A Matchbox refueling station in showing in another image released by Mattel.
