My Keepon Dancing Robot Toy Goes on Sale

Wired writer Christina Bonnington shares details about the new My Keepon Robot toy. The toy is going mass market for the holidays this year. It is being sold exclusively at Toys R Us. It also made the retailer's Fabulous 15 list.

My Keepon has two modes, dance and touch. It has sensors on its head and body. My Keepon contains special computer software, which enables it to dance along with music. The My Keepon robot was originally designed to be a therapeutic tool to help Autistic children. The new Keepon toy was designed by British toy maker Wow Stuff.
