Mattel Unveils Tyco Terra Climber at 2016 Toy Fair

Mattel unveiled a new RC toy under its Tyco brand at the 2016 Toy Fair. The toy is called the Terra Climber remote control vehicle. Mattel calls it the "ultimate climbing creature."
The Terra Climber can climb obstacles indoor and outside. The robot has a monster-like face, a green body and purple and orange wheels. It has a tail that is two feet long. It is powered by 9.6v rechargeable batteries. It comes with a charger and the remote control. Mattel says the Terra Climber can scale stairs up to eight inches high and climb up rock piles and hills.Terra Climber will arrive in stores this fall. It is targeted at children 8 years and up. It will cost $99.99. Update: The RC toy is now in stores include Mattel.com and Amazon.
