Heathrow Express Celebrates 15th Anniversary With Huge Train Cake

Heathrow Express celebrated its 15th birthday with a huge train cake at Paddington station in London. The London Evening Standard reports that the cake was 13-feet-long and took 30 hours to make.

The edible train carriage was made using Madeira sponge cake, buttercream icing, fondant icing, royal icing and liquid chocolate. Here is a video of the train cake being made. A team of 15 specialist bakers and food artists made the cake. Take a look:
