Kate Spade Inks Fragrance Deal With Elizabeth Arden

Kate Spade has entered into a new fragrance deal with Elizabeth Arden. According to a release from both companies, Elizabeth Arden, Inc. entered into a long-term, exclusive global licensing agreement whereby Arden will manufacture, distribute and market all kate spade new york fragrances.
Kate Spade will launch a new fragrance in the fall of 2010.

"kate spade new york has grown from a small handbag company to a total lifestyle brand. We are proud to contribute to bringing the kate spade new york lifestyle to the next level."
Liz Claiborne, Inc. bought Kate Spade in 2007. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
