Nautilus Launches Bowflex HVT Machine

Nautilus has launched new exercise equipment designed for home users called the Bowflex HVT machine. HVT stands for Hybrid Velocity Training. Nautilus says the new machine combines cardio and strength training into a single workout.

The HVT machine has four workout modes. It also has a dial for resistance adjustment and an interface providing instant feedback while keeping users motivated. The HVT also has built-in Bluetooth and works with an iOS and Android app, the machine guides users every step of the way. Available for iOS and Android.
