Katniss Barbie Doll to Arrive in August, 2012

>Barbie Collector has announced The Hunger Games Katniss Barbie doll. The doll coincides with the upcoming release of the hit film on DVD and Blu-ray. The doll will cost $29.95.

The Katniss Barbie bears resemblance to Jennnifer Lawrence who plays Katniss in the films. She wears a black hooded jacket with orange trim, a black t-shirt, army green cargo pants and brown boots.

Katniss Barbie is carrying her bow and arrow, which she is highly skilled at using. She also proudly wears her Mockingjay pin on her lapel. Her hair is fastened into her signature, loose braid.
