Michael Crichton's Posthumous Novel Dragon Teeth Arrives in Bookstores

A new Michael Crichton novel has been published posthumously by HarperCollins. The book is set in the Wild West. It is 1876 and paleontologists are hunting for dinosaur fossils. The novel takes readers into the Bones Wars with fossil hunters deceiving and sabotaging each other to find the best fossil treasure.

The novel is based on the rivalry between real-life paleontologists Cope and Marsh. It follows William Johnson, an arrogant and entitled Yale student who makes a discovery of historic proportions. He then has to protect it against rival paleontologists and other notorious characters.
