Pennywise the Clown from Stephen King's It for Halloween
Posted on September 19, 2016
A movie based on Stephen King's horror novel It is in the works. The new two-part film series will star Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise. It will arrive in theaters in September 2017. Tim Curry played Pennywise in the TV miniseries from 1990. The photograph above shows Bill Skarsgard as the evil clown. It is not a good film, movie or book for people suffering from coulrophobia.
There are several different Halloween decorations based on the Tim Curry version of Pennywise. There will probably be even more next year when the new film is released. There is a Pennywise inflatable that stands 7 feet tall. It is made by Morbid Enterprises, which is a very good name for a company making Halloween decor.
Another item is the Pennywise It Clown Hanging Halloween Prop Decoration. This creepy item is also from Morbid and is described as an officially licensed prop. It can be found on Amazon.com. The Pennywise has its arms up and claws out and he is showing his fangs.
You can also be Pennywise for Halloween. There are costumes and masks available from Rubie's. You can also find them on Amazon.
Another creepy It item is the 6 foot tall Pennywise Clown animatronic decoration. It is sold at Spirit Halloween. It currently retails for $199.99. Here is a video of the animatronic IT in action. Pennywise is holding a balloon and has a crazy look on his face.
