Super Mario Toys in McDonald's Happy Meals

McDonald's is offering Super Mario character toys in its Happy Meals now through May 22. The toys are based on characters found in the new Nintendo Switch game, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Mario Kart 8 is one of the hottest games for the new console.

The toys include Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Bowser, Yoshi, Invincible Mario, a Red Koopa Shell and 1-Up Mushroom. The toys each have a special function, such as lighting up in different colors.

Games Radar notes that the toys even have some grownups buying Happy Meals.
