Pizza Hut has announced the return of The Big New Yorker pizza. The large 16-inch New-York style pizza was first introduced over 24 years ago in the 1990s.

The pizza features six oversized, foldable slices. Pizza Hut calls them XL slices. It has a crispy crust. Ingredients include sweet marinara sauce and Parmesan oregano seasoning.

Pizza Hut says there have been numerous requests for the pizza to return since it was retired. These tweets, social media posts, Reddit posts and online petitions.

Lindsay Morgan, Chief Marketing Officer at Pizza Hut, says the pizza is 30% larger than Pizza Hut's large pizza. Morgan says in a statement, "The Big New Yorker was a huge hit when we launched it in 1999, setting the stage for future industry innovations like Pizza Hut Melts and Detroit-Style pizza."

The pizza will be available for a limited time. Here's a review of the big pizza from PapiEats. He says the ingredients are not the same as in the orginal.
