Stride Rite Launches Sesame Street Elmo and Abby Children's Shoes

Stride Rite has announced the launch of Sesame Street Elmo and Abby children's shoes. The Embracers shoes were created by inventor and father of twins Scott Dromms. The Embracers closure transforms the arms of Sesame Street's Elmo and Abby into embracing straps to hug the child's foot.
The Sesame Street by Stride Rite Embracers retail for $48. They are available in baby sizes 4-8.
Update: Stride Rite also launched cute Elmo sneakers in 2015.
