Black + Decker Unveils New PowerCommand Outdoor Tools

Black + Decker has unveiled a new line of outdoor tools called PowerCommand. The tools feature 20V Lithium Ion batteries. The tools include a string timmer, sweeper and hedge trimmer.

The Easyfeed String Timmer features a button that feeds the trimmer line. It retails for $99. The blower is called the Powerboost Sweeper. It has a speed of 130 mph and retails for $89. The Powercut Hedge Trimmer has a button that helps users power through jams. It costs $99.

Black + Decker also announced that it will have batteries featuring its new SmartTech technology available in summer 2016. The batteries connect with an app that enables users to view a list of their connected batteries and interact with individual batteries when in Bluetooth range.
