Eva Longoria Cooks Sopa De Fideo on CBS Early Show

Eva Longoria cooked Sopa De Fido on the CBS Early Show this morning. The recipe is from her new cookbook, Eva's Kitchen: Cooking With Love For Family And Friends.

Eva describes Sopa De Fideo as a type of "Mexican spaghetti." She says she loves garlic, but if don't you can use less. She also says the tomato sauce is added for color and not for taste. Eva says you cannot lift the lid to peek once the Sopa De Fideo starts cooking.
