New Hot Wheels RC Corvette Ties in With Barbie The Movie

Hot Wheels has launched a remote control toy car inspired by Barbie the Movie. The Corvette toy is a smaller version of the 1956 Corvette Stingray Barbie drives in Barbie The Movie.
The Hot Wheels car can fit two Barbie dolls in the front seat. It has a trunk that opens and closes where Barbie's clothes and accessories can be stored.
The vehicle operates on 2.4 GHz frequency. It can reach speeds of up to 5 miles per hour.
The new toy car was announced as part of a new production collection for the new Barbie movie staring Margot Robbie. It has a retail price of $55.
Mattel says the car features a "a curvy retro silhouette and pink paint job, with film-inspired details like white wall tires and chrome rimes." It is available for purchase on Amazon.com.
