Leatherman Unveils Bracelet That Contains 25 Tools

Leatherman has unveiled a cleverly designed bracelet that contains 25 different tools. The wearable tool is called the Tread bracelet. The tools contained within the bracelet include screwdrivers, wrenches, a bottle opener and more.

The Tread bracelet contain 17-4 stainless steel links that contain the tools. These links are also interchangeable. Some of the other tools in the bracelet include a cutting hook and a carbide glass breaker.

Leatherman President Ben Rivera says in a statement, "The idea originated on a trip to Disneyland with my family. I was stopped at the gate by security for carrying a knife, when what they had actually seen was my Skeletool. I was unwilling to give it up, so they made me take it all the way back to my hotel room. I knew there had to be another way to carry my tools with me that would be accepted by security."

The bracelet will be available in stainless steel and black styles. A version of Tread that includes a watch is also planned.
