Faraday Future Unveils FF 91 to Kick Off 2017 Consumer Electronics Show

Faraday & Future Inc. unveiled its FF 91 electric vehicle at the launch of the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show. Faraday bills the sleek looking car as a "new breed of electric vehicle." The company is based in Southern California.

The car uses a multi-motor powertrain. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 2.39 seconds. It has a peak motor power is of 783 kW (1050 HP) and has a range of 378 miles (EPA est) with its 130 kWh battery.

Faraday says FF 91 has lights that recognize and welcome you. The car's rocker panel illuminates in an "owner confirmation sequence." Other features include a panaromic roof with smart dimming glass technology, doors that open automatically, massaging, heating and cooling seats and a complex sensor system for safety. The vehicle can also park itself after the driver has left with its Driverless Valet system.

The FF 91 is scheduled to begin products in 2018. Reservations for the car start at $5,000. Take a look:
