McDonald's Launches Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry Down Under

Posted on February 29, 2016

Cadbury Creme Eggs are popular chocolate covered creme filled eggs that get increasingly popular as Easter approaches. McDonald's has incorporated the Easter chocolates into a McFlurry for a new product offering called the Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry.

McDonald's describes the new product as a "delicious mouthful of chocolate pieces and Crème Egg topping, blended into a creamy soft serve." The product images shows the broken chocolate eggs and ice cream together in a tub.

As you might expect mixing Cadbury Creme Eggs into a McFlurry does not make a low-calorie treat. Time reports that a single serving of the dessert will contain 383 calories and 56 grams of sugar.

Eater reports that the Creme Egg McFlurries are regulated to Australia. However, the product is also listed on the McDonald's UK site. McDonald's Australia has the product listed with a slightly different product photo. The item will be available for a limited time only.
